Blueprint Recruitment Solutions is one of the leading technical recruitment consultancies in the UK. We are based on the picturesque Cams Hall Estate business park on the edge of Fareham, close to Portsmouth. We are now looking for several new graduates to train as Graduate Recruitment Consultants.

If you are finishing your degree this year and would like to start a career in a fast-paced business, this role could be a great opportunity for you. We can arrange start dates for anytime in May, June, or July.

These positions will suit ambitious graduates who have an excellent telephone manner and a desire to do well in a business environment. You must have an enthusiastic and determined personality and will be keen to work in a friendly office with other graduates.

You will be paid an excellent basic salary with commission and performance related bonuses on top. Your expected first year On Target Earnings will be around £29,000.
