Here at Blueprint, we’re working with a leading Building Services Contractor who are looking for a permanent Revit MEP Coordinator. Our client is providing the flexibility to attend the London office on a hybrid basis whilst working on numerous fit out projects.

-Competitive salary ranging from £45,000-£60,000 (depending on experience).

Responsibilities:

-Produce and develop intricate MEP system models and design, for a variety of Fit-out projects, with the use of relevant software tools, such as AutoCAD and Revit.

-Maintain up to date project documentation throughout all project stages, ensuring they are accurate and ready for project handover.

-Coordinate effective project delivery, from concept through to completion, ensuring full alignment with specifications and client requirements.

Requirements:

-Relevant qualification in building services, BIM, and/or engineering, is desirable.

-Profound demonstratable experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator, or a similar position, ideally with knowledge of Fit-out projects.

-Significant knowledge of MEP site and system workflows, with a solid grasp of drawing and specification interpretation.

-Proficient understanding of relevant software tools, such as AutoCAD and Revit, and key BIM principles and clash detection programmes, like Navisworks.

-Strong communication, collaborative, and multitasking skills, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset, and a strong attention to detail.
