Architect (Revit) – Healthcare, Education & Commercial Projects

Location: Birmingham (Hybrid – 3 Days Per Week)

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum

Job Type: Permanent (Contract candidates will also be considered)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a qualified Architect to join a well-established and highly respected architectural team working on large-scale projects across the UK.

This position is based in Birmingham, with hybrid working available (3 days per week in the office). Candidates may also work from the Shrewsbury office location, where required.

This role offers the chance to contribute to the delivery of high-profile developments across the Healthcare, Education and Commercial sectors, working alongside experienced architects, designers and multidisciplinary project teams.

Key Responsibilities

As an Architect, your responsibilities will include:

·         Working across multiple RIBA stages from concept through to delivery

·         Producing high-quality architectural designs and technical drawings using Revit

·         Supporting the development and coordination of large-scale architectural projects

·         Collaborating with project teams, consultants and stakeholders

·         Assisting in the preparation of design documentation and project deliverables

·         Contributing to the successful delivery of projects within Healthcare, Education and Commercial sectors

Key Requirements

·         To be considered for this Architect role, you should have:

·         3–5 years’ post-qualification experience as an Architect

·         Strong experience working on large-scale architectural projects

·         Excellent Revit and BIM modelling skills

·         Experience delivering projects within Healthcare, Education or Commercial sectors

·         Strong technical design and project coordination abilities

·         Excellent communication and collaboration skills
