Between:£80,000 and £100,000 per Year (Subject To Experience)

This role is ideal for a Chartered Engineer with strong design-build and water sector experience who enjoys leading complex project delivery across technically demanding infrastructure programmes.

You’ll take ownership of design management across a portfolio of projects, driving technical coordination, programme delivery, stakeholder management and multidisciplinary collaboration throughout the full project lifecycle.


The Role

You’ll be involved in:

  • Leading multidisciplinary design delivery across water and wastewater projects
  • Managing design teams through technical and delivery stages
  • Driving cost-effective, buildable and technically compliant solutions
  • Coordinating project stakeholders, consultants and delivery teams
  • Managing programme, quality and design outputs across multiple projects
  • Supporting technical reviews, risk management and H&S compliance
  • Providing technical support during construction and commissioning stages
  • Contributing towards sustainability and low-carbon delivery objectives

The role will involve close collaboration across process, civil and MEICA disciplines within large-scale infrastructure environments.


What They’re Looking For

  • Extensive experience within multidisciplinary design management
  • Strong background within water or wastewater infrastructure projects
  • Chartered Engineer status
  • Degree qualified within an engineering-related discipline
  • Experience within design-build project environments
  • Strong understanding of CDM regulations and construction H&S
  • Ability to manage teams, programmes and technical delivery
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability

Ideally:

  • APM Project Fundamentals Qualification
  • Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Knowledge of BIM procedures and collaborative delivery environments
