Lancashire / Remote | £35–£40 per hour | Outside IR35 | 10-Month Contract

We're looking for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join a busy Design & Build contractor on an initial 10-month contract.

You'll work alongside an established design team of Engineers and BIM Coordinators, delivering Stage 4–5 residential and education projects. This is a hands-on coordination role covering full M&E services, including setting up and developing models from scratch where required.

Remote working can be considered.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating full Mechanical and Electrical Building Services in Revit
• Delivering projects across RIBA Stages 4 and 5
• Setting up and developing Revit models from scratch
• Working closely with Mechanical and Electrical Design Engineers
• Reviewing and coordinating consultant models
• Resolving clashes and coordination issues through project delivery

What we're looking for

• Strong Revit MEP coordination experience
• Building Services / MEP contractor experience
• Confident coordinating both Mechanical and Electrical services
• Experience working on detailed Stage 4–5 projects
• Ability to independently set up and manage Revit models
• Residential or education project experience would be beneficial

The opportunity

£35–£40 per hour, Outside IR35, with an initial 10-month contract and the flexibility for remote working. A Revit licence can also be provided.
