We're looking for an experienced Electrical Technical Director or Associate Electrical Engineer to take a senior role within an established Building Services team in Maidstone.

You'll provide technical leadership across a varied portfolio of projects, with a particular focus on Stage 3–4 Electrical Building Services design, while supporting the wider development and delivery of the team.

What you'll be doing

• Leading Electrical Building Services design and technical delivery
• Overseeing projects through RIBA Stages 3–4
• Providing technical guidance and leadership to engineers
• Reviewing designs and maintaining high technical standards
• Managing client and project stakeholder relationships
• Supporting the continued development of the Building Services team

What we're looking for

• Strong Electrical Building Services design experience
• Currently operating at Associate, Technical Director or similar senior level
• Strong technical knowledge across Stage 3–4 design
• Experience leading projects and supporting engineering teams
• Confident client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work on a hybrid basis from the Maidstone office
