This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior BIM Coordinator to join a London-based team, on a hybrid basis, delivering MEP coordination across major residential and commercial refurbishment projects.

The role will focus on projects from Stage 4B onwards, making it well suited to someone with strong Revit capability who enjoys the technical coordination and delivery stages of complex Building Services projects.

The Role

You’ll be involved in:

• Coordinating MEP services across residential and commercial refurbishment projects
• Supporting projects from Stage 4B through technical delivery
• Producing and coordinating Building Services models using Revit
• Reviewing multidisciplinary models and identifying coordination issues
• Supporting clash detection and resolution throughout project delivery
• Working closely with mechanical, electrical and wider design teams
• Coordinating MEP information within existing building constraints
• Supporting the production of accurate coordinated design information

What They’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a BIM Coordinator or similar MEP coordination role
• Strong Revit capability
• Experience coordinating mechanical and electrical Building Services
• Understanding of technical project delivery from Stage 4 onwards
• Good knowledge of BIM processes and multidisciplinary coordination
• Ability to identify and resolve design coordination issues
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Previous experience with clash detection is ideal
• Experience working across residential and commercial projects would be highly beneficial.
