Feltham | £30 to £35 per hour | Outside IR35 | 3 to 6-Month Contract

We're looking for an experienced CAD Coordinator to join a busy Building Services contractor delivering a commercial CAT B fit-out project on site in Feltham.

You'll be working across full MEP services coordination, with a particular focus on ventilation and ductwork, so we're looking for someone who can do more than simply update drawings. You'll need to understand how the services interact and be confident adjusting other elements of the model when designs change.

The role

You'll support the coordination and delivery of MEP services across a live commercial fit-out project, working closely with the wider project and site teams.

Your role will include:

• Coordinating full MEP Building Services using AutoCAD
• Working predominantly across ventilation and ductwork
• Producing and updating coordinated technical drawings
• Identifying and resolving clashes between services
• Adjusting surrounding services when design changes occur
• Working closely with project teams to keep coordination moving
• Supporting the project through its live delivery stages

What we're looking for

• Strong AutoCAD MEP experience
• Previous MEP coordination experience
• Good understanding of ventilation and ductwork
• Ability to coordinate across multiple Building Services disciplines
• Commercial fit-out experience would be highly beneficial
• A practical, dynamic approach to resolving coordination issues
• Comfortable attending the Feltham site regularly

The contract

This is an initial 3 to 6-month contract, with a strong workload already in place on a major commercial CAT B fit-out.

The role pays £30 to £35 per hour Outside IR35 and will require regular attendance in Feltham. There may be flexibility for 1 to 2 days working from home, depending on project requirements.
