This is an excellent opportunity for a Civil 3D Technician to support a short-term increase in workload across highways and cycleway schemes, with the potential for the contract to extend as further project work comes through.

The business is ideally looking for someone based around Manchester or London, although remote working can also be considered, making this a flexible opportunity for an experienced technician who can quickly integrate into ongoing project delivery.

The Role

You’ll be involved in:

·         Producing Civil 3D models and technical drawings

·         Supporting the delivery of highways and cycleway schemes

·         Developing engineering information for ongoing infrastructure projects

·         Working closely with engineers and wider design teams

·         Updating and coordinating designs as projects progress

·         Supporting the team through a short-term increase in project workload

·         Contributing to the efficient delivery of project information and drawings

What They’re Looking For

·         Strong Autodesk Civil 3D capability

·         Previous experience working as a Civil 3D Technician or similar

·         Experience supporting highways projects

·         Exposure to cycleway or active travel schemes would be beneficial

·         Good understanding of civil engineering drawings and design information

·         Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams

·         Confidence working independently within a remote or hybrid environment

·         Ability to quickly integrate into existing project workloads

·         Previous experience across highways, cycleways or wider transport infrastructure projects would be particularly beneficial.
