This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join a specialist Design & Build contractor delivering technically interesting projects across the pharmaceutical and cleanroom sector.

Joining at an intermediate level, you’ll become part of a growing architectural team while working closely with a wider BIM function. The current architectural team consists of two people, supported by an additional 5–6 BIM professionals, providing a collaborative environment with strong technical input.

The role is based near Manchester Airport, with regular office attendance required.

The Role

You’ll be involved in:

• Producing architectural drawings and technical design information
• Developing project information using Revit
• Supporting the architectural delivery of pharmaceutical projects
• Working on specialist cleanroom and controlled environment schemes
• Coordinating architectural information with the wider BIM team
• Supporting design development within a Design & Build environment
• Working alongside other technical and project disciplines
• Maintaining accurate and coordinated project information
• Contributing to projects through technical design and delivery

What They’re Looking For

• Experience as an Architectural Technician / Architectural Technologist or similar
• Ideally operating at an intermediate level
• Strong Revit capability
• Good architectural and technical drawing skills
• Experience producing coordinated design information
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working within a collaborative BIM environment
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to regularly attend the Manchester office

Previous experience across pharmaceutical, cleanroom or other technically controlled environments would be beneficial, although the brief does not specify this as essential.
