Senior Revit MEP Coordinator

We are working with a leading M&E Contractor delivering complex and high-profile projects across the commercial, healthcare, residential and data centre sectors.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire a Senior Revit MEP Coordinator to play a key role in the delivery of coordinated BIM models and construction information across a diverse project portfolio.

As a Senior Revit MEP Coordinator, you will take ownership of developing and coordinating detailed MEP models through the construction phase, ensuring designs are fully coordinated, buildable and delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the development and coordination of detailed MEP Revit models across RIBA Stages 4-5.
• Producing coordinated installation models, drawings and builderswork information for mechanical and public health services.
• Managing the transition from design information through to construction and installation-ready deliverables.
• Carrying out clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination with consultants, subcontractors and site teams.
• Undertaking site surveys and incorporating existing site conditions into accurate BIM models.
• Establishing and maintaining project templates, standards and federated models within Revit.
• Managing BIM workflows and document control through Common Data Environments (CDEs).
• Supporting and mentoring junior coordinators and technicians, helping drive BIM best practice across the team.
• Attending coordination meetings and working closely with project stakeholders to resolve technical and construction challenges.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Revit Coordinator or Senior Revit Coordinator within the MEP sector.
• Strong understanding of mechanical building services and construction-stage project delivery.
• Experience coordinating projects through RIBA Stages 4 and 5.
• Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks and BIM coordination processes.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, Common Data Environments and clash detection workflows.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with project teams and clients.
