Attention Revit MEP Coordinators!

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are searching for a driven Revit MEP Coordinator to join a specialist Design Consultancy, on a contract basis outside IR35.

This role is located in Hertfordshire and requires the successful candidate to operate on a hybrid basis to coordinate on Residential projects.

The successful Revit MEP Coordinator will play a key role in producing building services models and drawings using Revit MEP software, whilst working with an established team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain and develop positive client relations

· Complete mark ups on drawings and make any necessary amendments

· Perform regular quality checks on the BIM model to ensure accuracy

· Create detailed 3D building services models using Revit software

· Attending project meetings when necessary

· Creating and managing models and drawings to be implemented

· Maintaining compliance with the client’s protocols and standards

· Reviewing and analysing documents and designs

· Ensure that projects are delivered within specified timeframes and budgets

Key Requirements:

· Strong understanding of current UK building regulations and legislation

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team

· Previous experience Co-ordinating MEP Services

· A degree in Engineering or a relevant field

· Extensive experience with the practical application of Revit MEP modelling

· Able to attend BIM meetings and coordination workshops

· Experience using Navisworks, AutoCAD & Fabrication MEP
