SENIOR ARCHITECT

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a Senior Architect to join a multidisciplinary consultancy, in a permanent position (our client will also consider applications from contract candidates, outside IR35). You will be working on a hybrid basis from our client’s London office, working on the technical delivery of RIBA stages 3-4 and onwards, on exciting fit-out projects. Key Responsibilities: -Lead multi-sector architectural design with a focus on quality and compliance. -Mentor junior team members and support their development. -Coordinate with engineering, sustainability, and visualisation teams. -Create impactful client presentations and design proposals. -Integrate net-zero, MEP, and visual workflows for cohesive delivery. -Support strategic growth and business development, especially in retail and education. This organisation is offering a 6-month contract role to a skilled individual, who will work on a hybrid basis, operating 1-2 days a week from their Wokingham office. Enhance your abilities across a variety of Data Centre projects, further developing your professional portfolio. -Competitive hourly rate ranging from £25-£30 (depending on experience). -Hybrid working arrangements (1-2 days on-site).
