DESIGN MANAGER

Heathrow | Hybrid | Contract

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are seeking a seasoned Design Manager to join a leading architecture firm, on a 12-month contract basis, outside IR35. As the successful candidate, you will be required to on a hybrid basis from our client’s Heathrow office, 3 days a week. Within this role, you will be responsible for working on a variety of hospitality, commercial, and/or aviation projects, stages 2-5. -Competitive hourly rate ranging from £40-£47 (depending on experience). -Hybrid working arrangements (3 days in office) Responsibilities: -Direct the architectural design team through print, branding, and digital projects from start to finish. -Oversee project regimes, team resources, and quality control, to ensure work is delivered on time and to a high standard. -Control and maintain project systems, set timelines, distribute work to the team, and make sure that the project meets specifications, budgets, and timeframes. -Collaborate with clients to present project plans and details, talking them through the development process from start to finish. -Provide support and guidance to designers, providing advice and feedback to strengthen their knowledge and skills. -Keep up to date on the developments within technology, tools, and strategies within the industry, promoting business development and growth. DESIGN COORDINATOR

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a seasoned Design Coordinator to be an active part of a leading design, construction company, in a permanent position. Within this role, you will be required to work on-site in Hayes, where you will work on a variety of data, defence and energy projects. -Competitive salary ranging from £40,000-£45,000 (depending on experience). -Company pension scheme, generous annual leave, and ongoing career development opportunities. Responsibilities: - Coordinate design deliverables across all project phases from concept/pre-construction through to handover. -Maintain and manage the design schedule, ensuring designs are released in line with procurement, construction, and programme requirements. - Coordinate design reviews and risk logs, ensuring compliance with contracts, standards, and regulations. -Serve as a central point of contact between a variety of multidisciplinary teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment. -Manage technical reviews of drawings and specifications, ensuring the buildability and design intent is maintained. - Support the management of design documentation, including version control, approval processes, and final handover. Requirements: -Have a relevant degree qualification. -Experience as a Design Coordinator or a similar role, with extensive practical experience as a BIM/VDC lead using relevant software. -Solid understanding of BIM concepts and the delivery process, -Skilled in 3D BIM and design coordination, with advanced proficiency in Revit and Navisworks. -Sound understanding of clash detection and space management. -Organisation, communication, inter-personal, and customer care skills. Attention all BIM Managers! Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a skilled and motivated BIM Manager to join a leading Architectural company in a Permanent position. You will be required to work on a hybrid basis (3 days a week) from either our clients London, Manchester, or Sheffield office. SENIOR ARCHITECT

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a Senior Architect to join a multidisciplinary consultancy, in a permanent position (our client will also consider applications from contract candidates, outside IR35). You will be working on a hybrid basis from our client’s London office, working on the technical delivery of RIBA stages 3-4 and onwards, on exciting fit-out projects. Key Responsibilities: -Lead multi-sector architectural design with a focus on quality and compliance. -Mentor junior team members and support their development. -Coordinate with engineering, sustainability, and visualisation teams. -Create impactful client presentations and design proposals. -Integrate net-zero, MEP, and visual workflows for cohesive delivery. -Support strategic growth and business development, especially in retail and education. ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST

You will be required to work remotely, with occasional visits when needed to our client’s London office. This is a great opportunity to work on a range of projects, specialising on stage 4. -Competitive salary ranging from £50,000-£60,000 (depending on experience). -Fully remote working, generous annual leave, and company pension scheme. Key Responsibilities: -Create detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit. -Support project delivery at all stages of design and construction. -Work closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to solve technical issues. -Ensure all designs meet UK building regulations and quality standards. -Help with planning and building control submissions. -Take part in design meetings and offer technical input.
