Responsibilities: - Coordinate design deliverables across all project phases from concept/pre-construction through to handover. -Maintain and manage the design schedule, ensuring designs are released in line with procurement, construction, and programme requirements. - Coordinate design reviews and risk logs, ensuring compliance with contracts, standards, and regulations. -Serve as a central point of contact between a variety of multidisciplinary teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment. -Manage technical reviews of drawings and specifications, ensuring the buildability and design intent is maintained. - Support the management of design documentation, including version control, approval processes, and final handover. Requirements: -Have a relevant degree qualification. -Experience as a Design Coordinator or a similar role, with extensive practical experience as a BIM/VDC lead using relevant software. -Solid understanding of BIM concepts and the delivery process, -Skilled in 3D BIM and design coordination, with advanced proficiency in Revit and Navisworks. -Sound understanding of clash detection and space management. -Organisation, communication, inter-personal, and customer care skills.
