Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are working with a well-established engineering consultancy who are seeking out a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join their ever-growing team, in a permanent position. The successful candidate will be required to work from our client’s Bristol office, three times a week, on a hybrid basis. As a part of this unmissable role, you will be responsible for a variety of residential, industrial, and retail park projects, with a large focus on highways, and drainage. -Competitive salary ranging from £55,000-£75,000 (depending on experience) -Company pension scheme, generous annual leave, and ongoing career development opportunities. Responsibilities: -Manage and oversee the design and delivery of residential, industrial, and retail park projects from concept to construction. -Prepare and review detailed drawings, calculations, and technical specifications. -Collaborate with clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure smooth project coordination. -Mentor junior staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and support business development activities. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer looking for flexible project work, with the freedom to undertake surveys around existing commitments, including weekday or weekend availability. The work will focus on site-based structural inspections, condition assessments and technical reporting across a range of building and infrastructure environments.
