Responsibilities: -Manage and oversee structural engineering design activities for a variety of Residential, Industrial, and Data Centre projects, from concept to completion. -Lead project teams, focusing on task delegation, work and activity reviews, and guiding and supporting junior engineers towards professional development. -Collaborate with architects, internal stakeholders, contractors, and clients to propose structural solutions, enhancing project efficiency. -Produce and analyse structural drawings, specifications, reports, and calculations, throughout all project stages. -Observe project deliverables, budgets, and programme milestones to identify potential risks and concerns early, allowing for appropriate escalation. -Support business development through client presentations, proposal preparation, and ensuring brilliance through new advancements within structural engineering. This Quantity Surveyor role is ideal for someone with around 1–2 years' post-graduate experience who is looking to develop their commercial career within a supportive project team.
