Key Responsibilities: -Provide strategic leadership and technical oversight for engineering projects. -Guide project teams, liaise with clients, and ensure the successful delivery of engineering projects on time and within budget. -Develop designs and documentation to meet project and technical requirements. -Checking of design documents, calculations and drawings completed by other engineers. -Conduct site visits, surveys and inspections. Key Requirements: -Prior industry experience within bridges, tunnels, stations & buildings. -Effective communication and teamwork skills. - 8 years plus of experience in relevant discipline with a track record of delivering high profile projects - Experience with design using various material e.g. concrete, steel, timber and masonry. - Effective communication and teamwork skills -Expertise using calculations and analysis tools such as Slope W, Settle 3, CADS Pile Suite, PILE, ALP, Kubla Cubed, or similar. We're hiring a Revit MEP Coordinator to join a leading BIM consultancy on a permanent, hybrid basis (4 days a week in their Croydon office). This is a great opportunity to work on an exciting variety of stage 5 construction projects, across a range of sectors. Responsibilities: -Integrate accurate MEP services into the BIM model. -Create and update Revit MEP drawings per project and industry standards. -Perform clash detection and resolve MEP issues in Revit. -Complete and communicate project documentation on time. -Assist in preparing technical documents like specs, schedules, and reports.
