This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join a specialist BIM team on an initial 3-month contract. The role is fully remote and will primarily involve supporting the delivery of a university project currently at RIBA Stage 5, alongside other live projects. They’re looking for someone who can integrate quickly into the team and provide strong hands-on MEP coordination capability. Candidates who already have their own software licences would be preferred, although licences may be available if required. The Role You’ll be involved in: Delivering Stage 5 MEP coordination across live projects Working on a major university project alongside other scheme Developing and coordinating MEP models using Revit Coordinating mechanical, electrical and public health services Reviewing models and identifying coordination issues Supporting clash detection and resolution Producing accurate coordinated information for project delivery Working closely with BIM, design and engineering teams Resolving technical and spatial coordination issues Supporting projects through the construction and delivery stage Working independently within a fully remote setup What They’re Looking For Previous experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator / BIM Coordinator Strong Revit MEP capability Experience delivering projects at RIBA Stage 5 Strong understanding of MEP services coordination Experience producing detailed coordinated models Ability to identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues Good technical and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote environment Strong communication and coordination skills Own software licences preferred, although these may be provided Experience working on university, education or similarly complex building projects would be beneficial.
