Senior Civil Design Engineer required!

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are searching for an experienced Civil Design Engineer to join a reputable Engineering and Data Analytics Consultancy, on a permanent basis.

This role offers the flexibility to work on a hybrid basis whilst contributing to a range of Residential projects! The successful candidate will lead and manage Civil Engineering projects, providing technical expertise and mentorship to staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Civil Engineering design and provide supervision and support to staff members
  • Ensure the provision of efficient and high-quality Engineering services
  • Ensuring Health & Safety within the ASC organisation
  • Meeting time-frame and quality targets
  • Review construction Products and Materials for Residential and Drainage projects
  • Produce designs for projects in accordance with relevant design standards and codes
  • Comply with Quality and Technical Assurance Procedures

Key Requirements:

  • Previous Drainage experience
  • Proven experience working as a Civil Design Engineer
  • A degree in Civil Engineering 
  • Ideally a chartered Engineering status
  • Able to prepare drainage strategies and flood risk assessments
  • Experience in liaising with local authorities and other stakeholders to obtain necessary technical approvals
  • Proficiency using computer design software packages, including, MicroDrainage and AutoCAD
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of CDM Regulations
