Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are searching for a senior Electrical Engineer to join a global Consultancy, on a permanent staff basis.

This opportunity offers the flexibility to attend the Leeds office on a hybrid basis. Due to our client’s continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to play a key role in the design of Electrical systems for Water, Energy, Utilities and Nuclear projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production and Checking of all design deliverables including Specifications, Schedules, Drawings and Calculations
  • Maintain and develop client relationships
  • Ensure designs are completed in accordance with CDM Regulations
  • Coordinating design outputs across all technical disciplines
  • Preparing monthly project status reports
  • Attend project and client meetings
  • Maintain accurate records of electrical design documents, inspection reports and test results

Key Requirements:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Proficiency in Electrical Design software, such as AutoCAD, ETAP
  • Strong understanding of Electrical codes, standards and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Staying up to date with industry practices and technology
  • Ability to act on your own initiative
  •  Experience managing multi-disciplinary projects
  • Able to support and contribute to the development of other Engineers
  • Ability to be client facing
