Blueprint Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Structural Engineer to join global Engineering Company, on a contract basis outside IR35.

This position requires the successful Structural Engineer to attend the London office 3 days per week!

Due to our client’s continued growth, they are looking for a Structural Engineer to join their Engineering team to design various Structural projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and specify all aspects of Structural works

·  Producing design deliverables, including drawings, specifications and reports

· Liaising with clients and members of the design team to ensure progress against the project brief

· Working in a multi-disciplinary team where you will lead and oversee deliverables

· Deliver multiple projects or parts of larger projects to completion

· Ensure the provision of efficient, high-quality Structural Engineering design

· Build client relationships and help identify business opportunities

Key Requirements:

· 6 years’ Engineering design experience

· Strong experience in Calculating and Detailing for Steel structures

· Past experience using Tekla, Tedds and Etabs

· Effectively manage own time, especially if allocated to more than one project

- A degree in Structural Engineering or a relevant field

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Able to make decisions, act on your own initiative and operate in a pro-active way
