This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Design Manager to take responsibility for the design delivery of non-infrastructure wastewater projects across the Severn Trent Water AMP8 Framework. Working across multidisciplinary wastewater schemes, you’ll manage the design process from scope and programme through to technical assurance and delivery, coordinating closely with design, delivery, commercial and MEICA teams. The role operates on a hybrid basis, with three days per week across site offices in Rugby, Finham and Netheridge, and two days working from home. The successful candidate will play an important role in the day-to-day delivery of the project, ensuring works are completed accurately, safely and in accordance with the required designs and specifications. Working closely with the wider delivery team, you will provide technical support on site, coordinate engineering activities and help resolve issues as they arise throughout construction.
