PROJECT MANAGER

Solihull | Contract
£500 - £750 per Day

With our client’s ongoing commitment to operational brilliance, they are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to handle all project works, on a contract basis. Lead, oversee, and manage a professional project team across a series of pre-construction NEC option E pathfinder projects, covering a range of disciplines. This role offers the selected professional the opportunity to work on-site from their office in Solihull, supporting site operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality project delivery. -Competitive rate of £500-£750 per day (subject to experience). -On-site working arrangement. Responsibilities: -Manage and oversee a series of complex NEC option E Pathfinder projects, across various disciplines, taking it from concept through to detailed design and delivery. -Lead and monitor all site reviews and inspections, feasibility studies, and design production and development. -Nurture effective collaboration between multidisciplinary project teams, both internal and external, ensuring design intent and client requirements are being met. -Assemble, review, and produce in-depth drawings, reports, specifications, and other design works, ensuring all outputs are at a consistent high level of quality and accuracy. -Provide ongoing support and guidance to junior team members, promoting their professional development, further ensuring best practice across all projects. -Liaise with clients, regulators, stakeholders, and other relevant parties to ensure alignment with expectations, whilst also allowing for effective query resolution. REVIT MEP COORDINATOR

Essex | Contract
£35 - £40 per Hour

We are working with a leading BIM consultancy to support them on their search for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator on a contract basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the coordination of various projects, creating detailed designs and models, adhering to quality standards and client expectations. This opportunity would require a hybrid working, set up out of our clients Essex based office, just East of Greater London. -Competitive rate of £35-£40 per hour (depending on experience). -Flexible working arrangements (office presence is preferred but remote will be considered). Responsibilities: -Put together concise models and drawings for complex MEP systems, across a range of multidisciplinary projects, using relevant industry tools, such as Revit and AutoCAD. -Coordinate seamless project delivery, leading project teams from concept through to implementation, ensuring adherence to client expectations and requirements. -Collaborate with project professionals, varying in disciplines, to ensure plans align with agreed specifications, through clear and transparent communication. -Ensure project documents maintain accuracy and are kept up to date, across all project stages, allowing for a smooth project handover. -Work closely with clients, relevant professional teams, and internal and external stakeholders, to ensure efficiency through the identification and resolution of issues. ARCHITECTURAL TECHNICIAN

We are pleased to be working with an innovative architect firm to support them in their search for a talented Architectural Technician. Our client is presenting an exciting opportunity to join their firm on a 6-month contract basis, outside IR35, to support the design of complex architectural drawings and models for a range of healthcare projects, in line with RIBA principles, through stages 3-5. This role offers hybrid working into office located near Manchester. -Competitive hourly rate ranging from £32-£37 (depending on experience). -Hybrid working arrangements. Responsibilities: -Using relevant BIM or CAD software tools, such as AutoCAD and Revit, create accurate architectural designs, specifications, elevations, and sections. -Liaise with professional project teams, across a range of disciplines, identifying and resolving design and buildability issues and queries. -Establish detailed drawings and models, focusing on building system integration, material specification, and adherence to UK building regulations and standards. -Conduct frequent site inspections to ensure all works align with client requirements and expectations and design intent accurately. -Assemble and analyse project documentation, specifications, and schedules, ensuring smooth project delivery, ensuring they remain accurate and up to date. BIM COORDINATOR

We are working in tandem with an established, global M&E consultancy, who are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join their project team, in a permanent position. Our client is looking for you to bring your skills and expertise to their organisation, working from their London office on a hybrid basis on a variety of complex Data Centre projects. -Competitive salary of £40,000-£50,000 (depending on experience). -Ongoing professional development opportunities, hybrid working arrangements, pension scheme, bonus schemes, and more. ASSOCIATE CIVIL ENGINEER
