SITE MANAGER

Bolton | Contract
£380 - £410 per Day

Attention all Site Managers/Construction Managers! Our client are experts in the design, installation, and maintenance of EV and associated electrical infrastructure. As part of their continued growth and commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 6-month+ contract to oversee key project delivery for sites between Bolton, Preston & Blackpool. You will be working on a range of projects from EV charging networks to large-scale solar and battery energy storage systems (BESS), supporting the transition to a cleaner, greener energy future. -6-Month Contract (Preston). -Day Rate: £380–£410 (DOE) | Start: Immediate | Full-Time, On-Site. This role offers the opportunity to lead on the ground, ensuring each project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: -Lead site operations, managing teams and subcontractors to deliver works safely, on time, and to spec. -Coordinate site logistics, materials, tools, and plant to align with project schedules. -Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. -Prepare and manage documentation, including RAMS, permits, ITPs, and handover records. -Review and validate technical documents and subcontractor submissions. -Promote a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement on site. -Act as a key liaison between the site, internal teams, and the client. What we are looking for: -Valid SMSTS certification. -Proven experience as a Site Manager within Utilities Installation, ideally Civils bias with knowledge of electrical infrastructure or broader utilities Infrastructure sectors. -First Aid qualification. -Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. -Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately. -A valid UK driving licence. SENIOR PUBLIC HEALTH ENGINEER

London | Permanent
£45,000 - £50,000 per Annum

Attention all Senior Public Health Engineers! We are looking for a motivated and skilled Senior Public Health Engineer to join a leading MEP design consultancy, on a permanent staff basis. You will be required to work on a hybrid basis from our client’s London office, with an experienced team on a range of commercial fit-out projects. -Competitive salary ranging from £45,000-£50,000 (depending on experience). -Generous annual leave, company pension scheme, and a range of other company benefits. Key Responsibilities: -Lead the design and delivery of public health systems for a wide variety of projects. -Manage project teams and support the development of junior engineers. -Conduct technical reviews and ensure the quality and integrity of public health designs. -Maintain strong client relationships and represent the public health discipline in multidisciplinary meetings. -Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and codes of practice. -Collaborate closely with the sustainability and MEP teams to deliver integrated solutions. CIVIL 3D TECHNICIAN

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an experienced Civil 3D Technician to join a design and build company in a contract position, outside IR35. This is role consists of working 3 days in our clients London office, and 2 days working from home. This is an exciting opportunity to work on industrial, infrastructure, and data centre projects. Key Responsibilities: -Produce detailed civil engineering drawings and models using Autodesk Civil 3D. -Assist engineers in the design and documentation of projects. -Support the preparation of plans, sections, and details for project documentation. -Ensure compliance with relevant standards, guidelines, and client requirements. -Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the development of BIM models. -Maintain accurate records and revision control of all drawings and models. BIM MANAGER

In this role you will have the flexibility to operate remotely whilst working on a range of projects within the Building Services sector. -Competitive salary ranging from £60,000-£70,000 (depending on experience). -Remote working arrangement. Key Responsibilities: -Lead and manage the BIM team, ensuring project milestones and team coordination. -Liaise with clients to meet BIM requirements and maintain professional communication. -Oversee quality of BIM data, drawings, and adherence to standards. -Maintain records and ensure compliance with documentation, confidentiality, and safety. -Support development of team skills, MEP libraries, and general office operations.
