Attention all Document Controllers! Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an experienced Document Controller to join a leading infrastructure company, in a contract position. As the successful candidate you will be required to work on a hybrid basis from our clients Ipswich office (3 days a week). This is a great opportunity to work on a large-scale Power Transmission & Distribution project. -Competitive hourly rate of £18 (depending on experience). -Flexible hybrid working arrangement. Key Responsibilities: -Collaborate with key project teams including Health & Safety, Environmental & Sustainability, Operations, Quality, and Project Management. -Manage the creation, review, and timely submission of project documentation to the client. -Maintain and update the Master Document Register to ensure accurate tracking and control of all project documents. -Use digital document control systems efficiently and adapt quickly to new software and tools. -Ensure all submitted information meets quality standards and complies with client requirements. -Support overall document control processes to ensure smooth project delivery and compliance. You will be required to work on a hybrid basis from either our clients Glasgow or Birmingham office. Key Responsibilities: -Lead and manage a high-performing planning department, overseeing complex project planning, programme reporting systems, and strategic guidance aligned with organisational goals. -Direct programme management activities using Critical Path Method (CPM), ensuring compliance with NEC3/NEC4 and industry best practices for project scheduling and controls. -Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support cost management, forecasting, and project delivery. -Ensure compliance and quality assurance, adhering to company policies, safety standards, and QA/QC processes across planning functions. This is a permanent, hybrid role based in London, requiring in-office presence 50% of the time over a two-week period. Key Responsibilities: -Excellence in Health and Safety, complying fully with relevant local specifications, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of all relevant regulations. -Lead the design team in delivery of their responsibilities and ensure a focused approach to meet project objectives and customer requirements. -Accountability for expenditure, drive efficiency and manage overall outturn costs for design with the production of design deliverables. -Ensure all technical work is undertaken to the correct standards and specifications. -Maintain a positive and solution-orientated approach to work, providing honest feedback. -Contribution to achieving sustainability targets, with key focus on reducing embodied and operational Carbon Footprints of solutions. -To organise all elements of design, documenting it in the Design Management Plan and preparing monthly status update reports as necessary. ME SITE MANAGER

As the successful candidate you will be required to work full-time on site in Swaffham, Norfolk. You will be working on a large-scale National Grid Substation project. -Competitive day rate of £550 (depending on experience). -Full-time on-site working arrangement. Key Responsibilities: -Ensure adherence to SHE policies, CDM regulations, and statutory requirements. -Lead and motivate teams including subcontractors; provide supervision, coaching, and performance monitoring. -Deliver projects safely, on time, and in line with client and company expectations. -Manage daily and weekly reporting on resources, materials, and subcontractor performance. -Undertake site inspections and maintain accurate records. -Liaise with clients, customers, local authorities, and third parties to support ongoing and future works. -Conduct quality checks per contract specs and maintain operational standards. -Ensure compliance with company HSQE policies and maintain accurate operative records.
