Looking to get your next leg up as a Junior Project Co-ordinator / Junior Project Controller ?? Our client is seeking several Junior Project Co-ordinators / Junior Project Controllers to join their team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will work on a hybrid basis, with up to three days a week in their central Birmingham office. Our client is a renowned engineering and construction firm, specialising in delivering critical infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities of your role: -You will be a key member of the Project delivery team, supporting the scheduling & Coordination of the project’s Labour force & materials to sites. -Be responsible for ensuring the right information, documents, licences, people & equipment are on hand, in the right locations & at the right times. -Organising Traffic Management related activities & scheduling jobs on the work system. What we are looking for: -The ability to organise & prioritise tasks & activities. -A solid understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. -An accurate communicator, able to coordinate work activities both verbally & via email with a high attention to detail. -Ability to work to deadlines & problem solve when plans need updating or adapting to changes. -This roles encompasses elements of Document Control, Planning / Scheduling, Project Co-ordination, Logistics support – full training will be given. Our client is looking for a highly experienced Principal Mechanical Engineer to join their team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will work in a fully remote role, and will be required to attend the Plymouth site every 6-8 weeks. Our client is a leading engineering company, that specialises in global defence, security, and aerospace sectors. Key Responsibilities: -Lead the design and development of mechanical systems, ensuring safety and technical compliance. -Work with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones on time and within budget. -Develop and maintain engineering specifications and documentation. -Conduct engineering analysis and testing to validate designs and performance. -Engage with clients and stakeholders to provide technical support. -Support the lifecycle management of engineering systems, from conception through to decommissioning. They’re looking for someone to join them in a permanent role, on a hybrid basis working 2/3 days a week in the office, located in North London. Our client is a leading UK-based company specialising in providing water and wastewater treatment solutions. Focusing on enhancing water quality, optimising resource use, and reducing environmental impact. Key Responsibilities: -Oversee Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) to ensure deliverables support project proposals. -Lead contract negotiations, ensuring technical, organizational, and risk requirements are met. -Attend client meetings and site visits as needed for project development. -Coordinate legal, technical, and commercial teams to define scope and clarify risks for contract execution. -Work with the Pre-Construction Manager to acquire resources for solution development and proposal preparation. -Ensure proposals are delivered on time and within budget. Key Requirements: -Degree in an Engineering Discipline or equivalent qualifications; or Project Management qualifications. -UK Water Industry experience leading projects in design and/or delivery of water treatment, wastewater treatment or bioresources projects. -Experience in the processes, equipment and services that are used within the water industry. -Excellent written and verbal communication and team working skills. -Experience in the development of project programmes. -Membership of a professional institution, is desirable but not necessary!
