The successful candidate will be expected to work on-site, from their main site in Cardiff. Requirements: -Support in the preparation and maintenance of site environments, focusing on material handling, waste removal, and general upkeep of tools, materials, and equipment. -Conduct general labouring activities, with a focus on reinstatement, ground works, excavation support, and more. -Maintain and ensure effective risk assessments, safe systems of work (SSoW), and method statements, allowing for all works to follow health and safety standards. -Work collaboratively with site professionals to ensure all works are executed accurately and effectively, complying with time and quality standards. -Report and document any damage, defects, and issues with all equipment, materials, or plant, to ensure concerns are escalated properly. -Follow company and site policies and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining readiness for site works.
