An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join a growing Building Services consultancy delivering major healthcare and technically complex MEP projects. This Revit MEP Coordinator role is ideal for someone who enjoys producing high-quality coordinated Revit MEP models, resolving complex coordination challenges and working closely with engineering teams throughout detailed design and construction. The successful Revit MEP Coordinator will join an established BIM team supporting the delivery of a major hospital development while contributing to a wider portfolio of Building Services projects. The Role As a Revit MEP Coordinator, you'll be responsible for: Producing and coordinating detailed Revit MEP models across Building Services projects Supporting the delivery of a major healthcare development through detailed design Coordinating mechanical, electrical and public health services within multidisciplinary BIM models Working closely with engineers to develop coordinated and buildable design solutions Resolving clashes and supporting BIM coordination throughout project delivery Producing accurate construction drawings and technical documentation Maintaining BIM standards and ensuring model quality across live projects Supporting projects through Stage 4 and Stage 5 delivery Collaborating with project teams, consultants and contractors to deliver coordinated MEP solutions This Revit MEP Coordinator position offers the opportunity to work on technically challenging healthcare projects within a collaborative Building Services environment. What We're Looking For We're looking for a Revit MEP Coordinator with strong Building Services experience and excellent BIM coordination skills. Ideally you'll have: Previous experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator, BIM Coordinator or Revit MEP Technician Strong Revit MEP modelling capability Experience coordinating multidisciplinary Building Services projects Good understanding of BIM workflows and digital project delivery Experience supporting projects through Stage 4 and Stage 5 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with engineering and design teams Experience working on healthcare, commercial, education or other technically complex Building Services projects would be advantageous.
