Our client is looking for a motivated and highly experienced MEP BIM Coordinator to join their team in a contract role. The successful candidate will work from a Glasgow office on a hybrid basis. Our client is a specialist in MEP Engineering, delivering reliable and efficient building systems across diverse sectors. Key Responsibilities: -Support and coordinate BIM delivery for MEP projects in line with client and industry standards. -Manage and maintain federated models and project data environments. -Ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), project workflows, and quality standards. -Collaborate with design engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure data consistency and model accuracy. -Assist with clash detection, reporting, and resolution using tools such as Navisworks. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in MEP coordination to take a leading role in delivering high-quality, building services models for a range of complex commercial, education, healthcare and education projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead MEP coordination, ensuring clash-free integration across projects. Develop and manage 3D MEP models in Revit. Collaborate with design teams to create coordinated layouts and models. Act as primary BIM contact for internal and external stakeholders. Mentor junior technicians and support team development.
