REVIT MEP COORDINATOR

Attention all Revit MEP Coordinators! Blueprint Recruitment would like to speak with you regarding an exciting new role with one of our leading clients. They are looking for someone with strong experience prior within this role, to join their team on a contract or permanent basis. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid arrangement with 3 days a week in the client’s office in Bristol. Our client is a leading engineering consultancy specialising in commercial, education, leisure, government, and retail projects. Key Responsibilities: -Integrate MEP services into the BIM model, ensuring accuracy and completeness. -Create and update Revit MEP drawings, following project requirements and industry standards. -Perform clash detection in Revit and fix any MEP system issues. -Regularly review and update Revit models to reflect design changes. -Ensure all project documentation is completed on time and communicated clearly with the team. -Help prepare technical documents like specifications, schedules, and reports. The role on offer is a permanent, hybrid basis position, consisting of three days a week in the clients office in London. This role offers the exciting opportunities to work on commercial, residential and hotel projects. Our client is a leading multi-discipline property and construction consultancy, focusing on sustainable design. The role on offer is for a permanent position, working on a hybrid basis, with three days a week working in office in London. Our client is a growing international M&E consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering low-energy, high-performance design solutions, committed to excellence and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: -Fulfil Principal Designer duties as outlined in the CDM Regulations 2015. -Lead the planning, management, monitoring and coordination of health and safety in the pre-construction phase. -Review design risk assessments and ensure risk mitigation is fully integrated into the design process. -Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders to ensure CDM compliance. -Prepare and issue relevant CDM documentation, including pre-construction information. -Support the development and delivery of internal health and safety training. -Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation, technical standards and best practice in construction safety. Key Requirements: -Extensive experience in a similar CDM-focused role, with a background in construction, engineering consultancy, or international consultancy preferred. -Prior experience on data centres and/or large-scale infrastructure projects. -Solid understanding of CDM 2015 Regulations and risk mitigation. -Knowledge of MEP building services and UK H&S legislation (e.g. PUWER, COSHH, LOLER, BSA). -Strong knowledge of construction site safety and H&S best practices. -Familiar with British Standards and MS Office applications. -Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills. -NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (desirable).
