The successful candidate will work in a permanent position, working full time from the clients office in London. Our client is a leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality and sustainable design solutions. Key Responsibilities: -Lead the development and implementation of BIM standards and processes. -Oversee BIM delivery on projects, ensuring quality and compliance. -Support teams in using digital design tools effectively. -Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. -Train and mentor staff to build BIM capability across the business. -Monitor model quality and documentation. Our client specialises in mechanical and electrical services, interior fit-out and critical infrastructure solutions for Commercial Offices, Data Centres, Retail and Public Sectors. The successful candidate will have experience working on mission critical projects for a consultancy or contractor and will be required to attend the office/site on a hybrid basis in Tower Hamlets. Key Responsibilities: -Design mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, heating) to meet project specifications, safety standards, and regulations. -Create technical drawings, specifications, and calculations for mechanical systems. -Collaborate with other engineers to integrate mechanical systems with architectural and structural designs. -Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure designs meet requirements and are on track. -Ensure all designs comply with industry best practices and project specifications.
