Location: Caldicot, Southwest (NP26 5PX) Contract Length: 6 Months Start Date: Immediate (04/02/2026) Hours: 45 hours per week IR35 Status: Inside IR35 Role Overview An established organisation operating within the electrical transmission and utilities sector is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a portfolio of M&E projects across electrical transmission frameworks, with upcoming works in the Southwest and South Wales. The successful candidate will lead projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, environmental compliance, quality, and commercial performance. This is a hands-on delivery role requiring strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and technical expertise within National Grid substation and transmission environments. Our client is looking for skilled Drainage Engineers to join the team where fully remote working on rates competitive market rates can be offered. For this specific contract you will be specialising across Data Centre projects. - Hourly rates Outside IR35 (large rate variation depending on experience). - Fully remote working arrangements. Responsibilities: -Produce technical designs for surface and water drainage systems, with an inclusion of SuDS features. -Compose strategies, documentation, and calculations for drainage systems. -Build rapport with clients, teams of professionals, and regulatory bodies to ensure that the project is meeting the requirements that have been set. -Attend site visits to allow for project development assessments and inspections. -Use software tools such as Civil3D, Causeway flow, AutoCAD, and InfoDrainage to expertly create drainage designs. -Assist the project’s delivery from start to finish.
