STRUCTURAL REVIT TECHNICIAN

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an experienced Structural Revit Technician to join a well-established engineering consultancy, in a permanent position. You will be required to attend the London office on a hybrid basis to work on an exciting range of commercial, education, leisure, and healthcare projects. What you will be responsible for: -You will be responsible for producing accurate and detailed structural drawings and managing drawing documentation in accordance with project requirements. -A main part of your role will include collaborating closely with engineers and architects to develop coordinated BIM models, as well as participating in design team meetings and contributing to the development of BIM protocols and workflows. -Support the delivery of projects from concept through to construction. -Maintain quality assurance and control processes throughout all project stages. Key Requirements: -HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in civil/structural engineering or a related discipline. -Must have extensive experience as a Structural Revit Technician. -Highly proficient using Revit, with a solid understanding of BIM Level 2 workflows. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to interpret and produce accurate structural drawings from engineering designs. -Experience with AutoCAD and other design software is desirable. SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER

Attention all Senior Civil Engineers! We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy, in a permanent staff position. To start you will be required to work full time (5 days a week) from our client’s office in either London or Sevenoaks, this will then change to a hybrid working model after 3 months. This is a great opportunity to lead an experienced team on exciting housing development projects. -Competitive salary ranging from £50,000-£55,000 (depending on experience). -Introductory bonus scheme, personal car lease scheme, and BUPA company care scheme. ENGINEERING MANAGER

Blueprint Recruitment are excited to announce a new role is now available for a skilled Engineering Manager to join a well-established civil engineering consultancy, on a contract basis. The chosen candidate will be expected to work on a hybrid basis from our client’s London office, 3 days a week, but will be required to assume an on-site arrangement initially. Within this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a Civil Engineering project, managing the project’s progression and development. -Competitive hourly rate of £70-£75 (depending on experience) -Hybrid working arrangements. Responsibilities: -Manage teams of engineers through assets, ensuring the project maintains consistency and alignment with project requirements, promoting collaboration. -Step into both Lead Designer and Subject Matter Expert roles for projects centred around Headhouses and Fitout systems. -Promote Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, Health, Safety and Welfare, and drive to deliver innovation and on-going development and progression. -Ensure efficient and accurate design delivery through risk management, the control of project adaptations and changes, whilst ensuring constructability. -Direct and collaborate with subcontractors and be responsible for the project’s Site Support Budget. -Foster productivity and optimisation within the project, ensuring all elements align with the requirements, set out by the client. Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in Engineering, or a related field, with a drive to uphold Continuing Professional Development (CPD). -Previous experience as an Engineering Manager, or a similar role, working with design and project management across stages 1-5. -Solid technical background with an understanding of engineering standards and team leadership across a range of teams. -Strong proficiency in digital engineering, using the Digital Plan of Works throughout the stages of design and construction. -Leadership and communication skills, as well as owning a relevant CSCS card.
