QUANTITY SURVEYOR

This permanent opportunity offers £65,000–£85,000 per annum and would ideally suit someone with an MEP background. Candidates from reputable main contractors or subcontractors will also be considered where they can demonstrate strong NEC contract experience. The Role You’ll take commercial responsibility across the project, working closely with operational teams to manage contractual obligations, risk, change and financial performance. Your responsibilities will include preparing and submitting payment applications, managing variations and compensation, maintaining commercial records and supporting subcontract accounts through to final settlement. You’ll also monitor project progress, provide accurate internal reporting and work with the wider team to identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities. Key Responsibilities Manage commercial and contractual requirements throughout project delivery Identify and manage project risks, opportunities and change Prepare and submit applications for payment Manage compensation events and variations Support subcontract accounts through to final settlement Maintain accurate records to protect contractual entitlements Monitor progress alongside operational teams Produce accurate commercial reports and project documentation Support negotiations through to final account Ensure work is carried out in line with contractual and company requirements What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor MEP / M&E experience would be highly advantageous Strong knowledge of NEC contracts Experience with change and subcontract management Background working for a reputable contractor or subcontractor Degree, HNC or equivalent experience within a relevant discipline Understanding of NEC3/NEC4, with JCT knowledge beneficial Strong commercial awareness and communication skills Benefits The package includes 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, private healthcare and a pension with employer contributions of up to 8%. BIM COORDINATOR

This permanent opportunity offers £60,000–£65,000 per annum and would suit someone with a strong Revit MEP background who has experience coordinating complex installations across large-scale projects. The Role You’ll take responsibility for delivering 2D and 3D coordination milestones, working closely with package managers, site engineers and other disciplines to ensure Building Services installations are accurately coordinated. A key part of your role will involve identifying and resolving clashes, producing technical information and ensuring work is delivered in accordance with the project BIM Execution Plan. You’ll also provide support to junior members of the team while contributing to the successful digital delivery of the wider project. MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER

This initial three-month contract will focus predominantly on Stage 4 and Stage 5 design, working across multiple smaller schemes through the run-up to the end of the year. The position offers £45–£48 per hour DOE, Outside IR35, with five days per week required in the London office. The Role Working closely with the Mechanical Director, you’ll provide technical design support across approximately 10–15 live projects at various stages of delivery. Your work will include producing schedules, sizing and selecting equipment, develop detailed design information and use Bluebeam for drawing reviews and mark-ups. With several schemes progressing simultaneously, you’ll need to be comfortable balancing priorities and producing accurate technical work within a fast-moving project environment. REVIT MEP CAD COORDINATOR

The position will initially focus on a Revit-based project for approximately one month, before moving into a varied workload combining AutoCAD and Revit MEP. This is an Outside IR35 opportunity offering £40–£45 per hour DOE, with five-day-per-week availability required. The Role You’ll support the coordination and production of MEP design information across a range of Building Services projects. The initial project will require strong Revit capability, followed by a combination of CAD and Revit work as project requirements develop. You’ll work closely with the wider design team to produce accurate drawings and coordinated models; identify potential design issues and ensure mechanical and electrical services are effectively integrated.
