Job Title: Revit MEP Coordinator Location: London / Manchester (Hybrid – Ideally 3 Days in Office) Job Type: Contract Duration: 3 Months IR35 Status: Outside IR35 Hours: 37.5 per week Rate: £35–£39 per hour Start Date: ASAP Sector: Building Services / MEP Overview An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join a Building Services design team delivering Stage 3–4 education projects and other building developments. This contract role will focus on MEP coordination, Revit modelling and multidisciplinary design collaboration within a busy consultancy environment. The successful candidate will support the delivery of coordinated mechanical, electrical and public health (MEP) models across active projects. The team ideally requires 3 days per week in the office, although candidates able to attend 2 days per week will also be considered. This contract position may initially cover project demand while a permanent hire is being secured, although there is also potential for both roles to run concurrently depending on workload. An opportunity has arisen for a BIM Technician to join a Building Services Consultancy from their St Albans office on a hybrid basis, working within a collaborative design environment. This role will support the production and coordination of BIM models across a variety of commercial, leisure, education and mixed-use projects, covering RIBA stages 1-5, whilst working closely with engineers and design teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
