TECHNICAL MANAGER

The ideal candidate will have concept to completion project delivery skills, with a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure technical excellence. This is a permanent role on a hybrid basis based in Falmer. Key Responsibilities Oversee technical delivery of water and wastewater projects from concept to completion. Lead and develop engineering teams to ensure quality outcomes. Provide expertise on process design, technology selection, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical and project objectives. Review and approve key technical documentation. Key Requirements Degree in a related field. Strong experience in water/wastewater treatment, particularly design and delivery. Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects. Solid knowledge of UK water industry standards and regulations. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Chartered Engineer status (or working towards) preferred. MODEL MANAGER

Key Responsibilities: -Manage and develop a diverse roster of models and overseeing bookings. -Act as the key point of contact between clients and talent, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. -Scout and onboard new talent while maintaining strong industry relationships. -Oversee the upkeep of model portfolios and support marketing initiatives. CONTROLS ENGINEER

Attention Controls Engineers! We are looking for a Controls Engineer to join a leading multidisciplinary firm in a long-term contract position. Our client offers a flexible hybrid arrangement, working from their London office. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting substation projects with an experienced and motivating team. Key Responsibilities: -Lead P&C design for high-voltage substations (132kV+). -Develop engineering solutions independently and in teams. -Create detailed design packages to UK/international standards. -Perform power system studies and set protection settings. -Review and approve technical designs for safety and compliance. -Assist with proposals, client meetings, and business growth. REVIT MEP TECHNICIAN
