DESIGN MANAGER

London | Contract

Attention all Design Managers! We are looking for a Design Manager to join a leading Architectural company. in a contract position, outside IR35 (permanent candidates will also be reviewed). You will be required to work onsite 5 days a week in central London. This is a great opportunity to work on exciting office fit out projects. -Contract rates starting at £320 a day. Key Responsibilities: -Lead and coordinate design teams, ensuring high-quality project delivery. -Act as main client contact, presenting work and managing communication. -Mentor team members and promote a collaborative studio environment. -Oversee schedules, resourcing, and compliance with regulations and standards. -Drive design quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement across projects. What we are looking for: -Degree-qualified in Architecture, Engineering, or a related design discipline. -Must have Architectural background and experience working for a Main/Principal contractor. -Experience working on high end commercial office fit outs. -Strong technical and site delivery skills, including detailing, contract admin, and consultant coordination. -Prior experience on site dealing with contractors, projects in latter RIBA stages, and technical delivery. -Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams. SETTING OUT ENGINEER

Cornwall | Contract
£400 - £500 per Day

Attention all Setting Out Engineers! We are looking for a skilled Setting Out Engineer to join a leading infrastructure provider in a contract position. You will be required to travel to site in Cornwall 5 days a week. This is a great opportunity to work on substation projects, with an experienced and motivated team. -Competitive day rate between £400 and £500 (depending on experience). Key Responsibilities: -Assist Civil site team with obtaining quotes & raising orders. -Complete As Built drawings. -Set out work on-site accurately using plans and specifications. -Read and understand technical drawings, maps, and documents. -Help coordinate work on-site while following health, safety, and environmental rules. -Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and site teams to keep work on track. -Carry out site surveys and quality checks to ensure everything meets the design. What we are looking for: -Must be able to set out line & level using various surveying equipment. -Must have NG Persons. -Must have previous experience on a NG site. -Be conversant with National Grid Technical Specifications (NGTS). -Be able to act as Document Controller for all Civil drawings. PROJECT ENGINEER

East Midlands | Permanent
£45,000 - £55,000 per Annum

You will be required to work on a hybrid basis, working 3 days a week from either Lutterworth or Bramcote. This is an exciting opportunity to work on and assist the project manager with a water treatment project in the Midlands. with an experienced and motivated team. -Competitive salary from £45,000 to £55,000 (depending on experience). -Hybrid working arrangement. Key Responsibilities: -Support the design, coordination, and delivery of water and wastewater projects from early stages through to completion. -Liaise with engineering teams, supply chain partners, and subcontractors to ensure design and build solutions meet project requirements. -Contribute to planning, risk management, quality assurance, and H&S compliance. -Attend site meetings, monitor progress, and provide engineering input during construction activities. -Ensure technical issues are identified, raised, and resolved promptly. -Assist with documentation, project reporting, and handover deliverables. SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

You will be required to work full time on-site in Southampton. This is a great opportunity to work on an exciting water treatment project. -Day rate ranging from £450 to £600 (depending on experience). Key Responsibilities: -Lead safe, high-quality project delivery in line with company procedures, from planning through to completion. -Manage teams, resources, and stakeholder relationships to ensure effective execution and client satisfaction. -Oversee commercial and technical performance, while ensuring compliance, documentation, and continuous improvement. TEMPORARY WORKS ENGINEER

Manchester | Contract
£40 - £50 per Hour

Blueprint Recruitment are looking for experienced Temporary Works Design Engineer’s to join a reputable construction and civil engineering company on a long-term contract basis. This role requires travel to the Hertfordshire OR Manchester office 3x a week, to assist with a mixture of security cleared projects (BPSS, SC or DV clearance highly beneficial). -Hourly rate between £40-50 (depending on experience). -Hybrid working arrangement. Key Responsibilities: -Design and coordinate temporary works in line with project and safety requirements. -Review and approve internal and subcontractor designs. -Collaborate with site teams to ensure safe, timely implementation. -Support planning and sequencing with the Temporary Works Coordinator. -Conduct site inspections and provide technical support. -Prepare risk assessments, calculations, drawings, and method statements. -Ensure compliance with legislation, codes of practice, and company procedures.
