If you're a Senior Quantity Surveyor from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor and want your next contract to put you on a major infrastructure programme, this could be a strong move. You'll be based at the Copthall Tunnel Main Works Site, taking responsibility for subcontract management and commercial delivery across a major civils infrastructure environment. This is a contractor-side role, so we're specifically looking for someone who understands the pace and commercial demands of delivering major projects. What will you be doing? Managing subcontractors and commercial packages Working within NEC contracts Managing commercial reporting and project information Supporting cost control and commercial performance Working closely with delivery and commercial teams Supporting a major civil engineering / rail infrastructure project Who are we looking for? 3+ years' experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor background is essential Strong NEC contract experience Proven subcontractor management experience Major infrastructure experience, ideally civils or rail Strong commercial reporting capabilities CSCS White Card, or willingness to complete the required MAP test This position isn't suited to someone coming solely from a client-side commercial background. We're looking for an experienced Structural Engineer to support the delivery of a major data centre project, with a project pipeline expected to run for around 2 years. You'll need strong structural design experience and be proficient in Tekla Structural Designer. Previous data centre experience is ideal, although Engineers from large-scale industrial or similarly complex projects will also be considered. What you'll be doing Delivering structural design for a major data centre project Producing and developing designs using Tekla Structural Designer Supporting detailed structural engineering and project delivery Coordinating with wider engineering and design teams Reviewing technical information and resolving design issues Supporting the project as it progresses through delivery What we're looking for Strong Structural Engineering experience Tekla Structural Designer proficiency – essential Data centre project experience would be highly advantageous Alternatively, experience on large-scale industrial or complex projects Strong technical design and coordination capabilities Able to attend the Berkhamsted office as part of a hybrid arrangement The opportunity £39–£44 per hour, Outside IR35, on an initial 6-month contract, supporting a data centre project with approximately 2 years of work ahead. SITE MANAGER

We're looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of works at a 400kV substation. You'll work closely with the Site Manager, providing SR163 cover when required and supervising site teams and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme. You'll work across the RIBA stages, combining architectural design, technical detailing and Revit delivery. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in Surrey.
