Job Title: Associate Director – Development Infrastructure Location: London Contract Type: Permanent Overview An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Associate Director to join a Development Infrastructure team in London. This role is suited to a highly experienced civil engineering professional with strong leadership capability, commercial awareness, and a proven track record in delivering development infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will play a key strategic role in project delivery, client relationship management, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities · Lead the delivery of development infrastructure projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes. · Provide technical oversight on highways, drainage, utilities, and external works design. · Act as project director on key schemes, ensuring quality, programme, and commercial targets are achieved. · Manage and mentor senior engineers and project teams. · Develop and maintain strong client relationships, supporting repeat business and new opportunities. · Contribute to business strategy, resource planning, and financial performance within the team. · Support bids, fee proposals, and commercial negotiations. Our client is looking for skilled Drainage Engineers to join the team where fully remote working on rates competitive market rates can be offered. For this specific contract you will be specialising across Data Centre projects. - Hourly rates Outside IR35 (large rate variation depending on experience). - Fully remote working arrangements.
