New Senior Bridge Structural Engineer Opportunity! Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a Bridge Engineer to join an Engineering Consultancy, on a contract basis. As the selected candidate, you will play a crucial role in the design and analysis for highway focused bridge projects. Our client is offering the successful Engineer the flexibility to work remotely, attending the office near London on an occasional basis. Our client is a reputable structural and civil engineering consultancy, focusing on a variety of sectors including commercial, residential, retail, industrial, leisure, education and healthcare. Key Responsibilities: -Design and analyse structural systems for a variety of projects across different sectors. -Conduct structural assessments and inspections, providing recommendations for improvement or repairs. -Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure seamless project delivery. -Prepare detailed reports, calculations, and technical drawings to support design solutions. - Leading a structural team and multiple projects. -Ensure all designs and projects comply with relevant building codes and regulations. -Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful and efficient project execution. Enjoy a hybrid working arrangement with up to three days per week in the office, based in Winchester. Our client works across various sectors, including data centres, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and more. Key Responsibilities: -Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline are met. -Report project finances and resource needs to senior management. -Lead design from concept to detailed deliverables. -Supervise and ensure QA compliance for design drawings, calculations, and reports. -Conduct surveys, inspections, and produce technical reports for clients. -Visit construction sites to resolve issues, track progress, and advise contractors.
