An opportunity is available for an experienced Civil Engineer to support works on a major infrastructure project based at Sizewell.
This is a site-focused role requiring a proactive engineer with a strong drainage and highways design background who can resolve on-site technical queries and coordinate design solutions to prevent programme delays.
The position will involve working directly on site, supporting delivery teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide on-site civil engineering support
· Resolve technical site queries efficiently and effectively
· Coordinate and develop design solutions to mitigate delays
· Liaise between site teams and design engineers
· Review and interpret drainage and highway designs
· Ensure compliance with relevant UK standards and project requirements

Requirements
· Strong background in drainage and highway design
· Experience working in a site-based environment (highly desirable)
· Ability to respond quickly to technical challenges on live projects
· Strong coordination and communication skills
· Suitably qualified and experienced civil engineer
· Comfortable working full-time on site
Working Pattern
· Full-time
· 5 days per week when site attendance is required
· Potential for 4 days per week if not required on-site full-time
