An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join a leading Building Services consultancy delivering technically complex projects across the UK and internationally. This BIM Coordinator role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models while remaining hands-on with Revit MEP. You'll work closely with Mechanical and Electrical design teams, ensuring BIM deliverables are produced to the highest standards while supporting project coordination from concept through to construction. The successful BIM Coordinator will become part of a collaborative BIM team working on a diverse portfolio of technically challenging Building Services projects. The Role As a BIM Coordinator, you'll be responsible for: Producing and coordinating Revit MEP models across Building Services projects Coordinating Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health services within multidisciplinary BIM environments Managing model coordination throughout the design process Identifying and resolving clashes using BIM software Reviewing models to ensure quality, accuracy and compliance with BIM standards Working closely with engineers, technicians and external design teams Supporting the continuous development of BIM standards and best practices Assisting with project delivery across multiple live schemes This BIM Coordinator position offers the opportunity to work on technically complex Building Services projects within a highly regarded consultancy known for delivering innovative engineering solutions. What We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator with a strong Building Services background. Ideally you'll have: Previous experience as a BIM Coordinator, Revit MEP Coordinator or BIM Technician Strong Revit MEP modelling and coordination experience Experience working within a Building Services consultancy Good understanding of Mechanical and Electrical building services design Experience coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models Knowledge of BIM Level 2 standards and project delivery processes Excellent communication and problem-solving skills The following would be advantageous: Experience using Navisworks for clash detection Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or BIM 360 Experience working on large-scale commercial, healthcare, data centre or mixed-use developments Why Apply? This Lead Revit MEP Coordinator role is ideal for an experienced BIM Coordinator who is ready to step into a project leadership position.
