Looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer! Blueprint Recruitment have partnered with a leading Global Design Consultancy to work on a variety of high-spec government framework projects and are looking for electrical design engineers to join them in the process. This is a chance to get involved in a team with the UK’s top engineers on flagship projects! Key responsibilities: -You will be responsible for reporting to the design lead, whilst also providing support and guidance throughout the process to others. - Liaise closely with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical engineers, architects, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions. - Participate in site visits and attend client meetings to offer expert advice and ensure the successful implementation of electrical designs. - Review and approve contractor electrical designs, ensuring quality and adherence to safety standards. -You will also be responsible for dealing with a mix of report writing and design -Ability to prepare tech specs via NBS Key requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a closely related field. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients. -Eligible for security clearance/or the ability to obtain (British passport holder and UK resident for 5+ years). - Relevant certifications or professional memberships such as Chartered Engineer status are an advantage. -Proficient in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, Revit, or equivalent tools). BIM MANAGER

Are you looking for a position that can offer you purpose and fulfilment? Our client is looking for an experienced BIM Manager to join their global M&E consultancy, in a permanent position. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to attend the London office on a hybrid basis whilst working on a range of UK and international data centre projects. -Competitive salary of £60,000-£70,000 (depending on experience). -Company pension scheme, generous annual leave, ongoing career progression opportunities, bonus scheme and hybrid working. Responsibilities: -Oversee the production, development, and implementation of BIM systems across a range of complex Data Centre projects, ensuring alignment to client requirements. -Establish and maintain detailed and accurate BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and system workflows. -Liaise with project teams, across various fields, ensuring design and project intent is being communicated effectively. -Provide ongoing mentorship and support to internal teams, offering frequent training opportunities and guidance. -Oversee model coordination and clash detection works using relevant software tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Revit, and Navisworks.
