If you're an experienced Electrical Design Engineer looking for a long-term contract on complex data centre projects, this is worth a look. We're looking for an Engineer who can bring strong technical design experience into a multidisciplinary Building Services environment. Data centre experience would be ideal, but we're equally interested in Engineers who have delivered other large-scale, technically complex projects. What you'll be doing Delivering electrical design across complex Building Services projects Supporting the design and delivery of data centre developments Producing calculations, specifications and technical design information Coordinating with Mechanical and wider multidisciplinary teams Supporting projects through detailed design stages Contributing technical expertise to project and design decisions What we're looking for Strong Electrical Building Services design experience Experience delivering large-scale, technically complex projects Data centre experience is highly desirable A strong consultancy or multidisciplinary design background Confidence working within collaborative project teams Chartered status is preferred The opportunity This is a 12-month contract, offering considerably more security than a typical short-term assignment, with hybrid working in London. We're looking for an experienced MEP Design Manager to support the delivery of a major data centre project in Norway. You'll take ownership of the day-to-day design management process, coordinating Mechanical and Electrical design packages, managing change and keeping weekly deliverables moving. This will allow the wider project leadership team to maintain oversight while you drive the detail of design delivery. The position is fully remote, although occasional travel would be beneficial if you're open to it. If you're contracting in Mechanical Building Services and want a role with good longevity, a competitive rate and flexibility, this one is worth a look. We're looking for two Mechanical Design Engineers to join a busy consultancy in Surrey. There's an immediate pipeline of work, an initial 3-to-6-month requirement and genuine potential for the contracts to continue beyond that. You'll work from the Surrey office around 2 to 3 days per week, with flexibility for the remainder. What will you be doing? You'll join an established Building Services team, supporting the mechanical design and delivery of live projects. The role will involve: Producing detailed Mechanical Building Services designs Developing calculations, specifications and technical information Supporting projects through detailed design and delivery Coordinating with Electrical and wider Building Services disciplines Working directly with the project and engineering teams Taking ownership of your own design workload Who are we looking for? You'll need a solid background in Mechanical Building Services design and enough experience to get up to speed quickly within a Consultancy environment. We're particularly interested in Engineers who can work independently, manage their own workload and confidently contribute to live project delivery. Why consider it? There are two positions available, the requirement is immediate and the workload has the potential to take the contracts well beyond the initial term. The role will focus on detailed electrical coordination using Revit MEP, working alongside the wider design and project teams on this major aviation project. Ideally, you'll be able to attend the West London office on a hybrid basis.
