Lancashire / Remote | £35–£40 per hour | Outside IR35 | 10-Month Contract We're looking for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join a busy Design & Build contractor on an initial 10-month contract. You'll work alongside an established design team of Engineers and BIM Coordinators, delivering Stage 4–5 residential and education projects. This is a hands-on coordination role covering full M&E services, including setting up and developing models from scratch where required. Remote working can be considered. What you'll be doing Coordinating full Mechanical and Electrical Building Services in Revit Delivering projects across RIBA Stages 4 and 5 Setting up and developing Revit models from scratch Working closely with Mechanical and Electrical Design Engineers Reviewing and coordinating consultant models Resolving clashes and coordination issues through project delivery What we're looking for Strong Revit MEP coordination experience Building Services / MEP contractor experience Confident coordinating both Mechanical and Electrical services Experience working on detailed Stage 4–5 projects Ability to independently set up and manage Revit models Residential or education project experience would be beneficial The opportunity £35–£40 per hour, Outside IR35, with an initial 10-month contract and the flexibility for remote working. An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Revit MEP Technician to join an established MEP contractor in Derby, working across a diverse portfolio of technically interesting Building Services projects. You'll join an in-house design team delivering projects across commercial, leisure centres, universities, healthcare and major industrial developments, supporting projects through detailed design and construction. This role is suited to someone from an MEP contractor background who understands the demands of construction-stage delivery and can confidently produce accurate, coordinated Revit models. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join an established Building Services consultancy delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across Cambridge, East Anglia and the wider UK. This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Engineer who wants variety, responsibility and genuine technical development. You'll join an established team of 14, working across projects including Cambridge colleges, healthcare, Design & Build and commercial developments. Strong electrical Building Services experience is the priority. Revit experience is not essential, with full support available to develop your Revit skills as part of the role. This is a predominantly home-based position, offering significant autonomy and responsibility across the delivery of complex Stage 4 and Stage 5 MEP projects. You'll lead mechanical design and coordination, manage engineers and Revit modellers, and work closely with wider project teams to ensure successful technical delivery. The role would suit an experienced Mechanical Building Services Engineer who is confident running projects and leading teams, while remaining technically involved in design and coordination.
