The successful candidate will work in a permanent position, on a hybrid basis in the Leeds office. You’ll be working on exciting and fast-pace commercial and residential projects. Key Responsibilities: -Design electrical systems for buildings and infrastructure. -Prepare technical drawings, layouts, and specifications. -Work with architects and engineers to integrate systems. -Ensure compliance with regulations and sustainability targets. -Support project delivery from concept to completion. Our client is looking for a motivated and highly experienced MEP BIM Coordinator to join their team in a contract role. The successful candidate will work from a Glasgow office on a hybrid basis. Our client is a specialist in MEP Engineering, delivering reliable and efficient building systems across diverse sectors. Key Responsibilities: -Support and coordinate BIM delivery for MEP projects in line with client and industry standards. -Manage and maintain federated models and project data environments. -Ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), project workflows, and quality standards. -Collaborate with design engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure data consistency and model accuracy. -Assist with clash detection, reporting, and resolution using tools such as Navisworks.
