Attention all Revit MEP Coordinators! Blueprint Recruitment would like to speak with you regarding an exciting new role with one of our leading clients. They are looking for someone with strong experience prior within this role, to join their team on a contract or permanent basis. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid arrangement with 3 days a week in the client’s office in Bristol. Our client is a leading engineering consultancy specialising in commercial, education, leisure, government, and retail projects. Key Responsibilities: -Integrate MEP services into the BIM model, ensuring accuracy and completeness. -Create and update Revit MEP drawings, following project requirements and industry standards. -Perform clash detection in Revit and fix any MEP system issues. -Regularly review and update Revit models to reflect design changes. -Ensure all project documentation is completed on time and communicated clearly with the team. -Help prepare technical documents like specifications, schedules, and reports. Blueprint Recruitment are looking for driven and detail-oriented Mechanical Design Engineer’s to join a leading architecture and engineering firm, on a long-term, outside IR35 contract basis in Manchester. The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to work on a mixture of exciting Leisure, Education and Sports projects and will be expected to travel to the office on a weekly hybrid basis. Key Responsibilities: -Design mechanical systems for buildings (HVAC, water, ventilation). -Create detailed designs and drawings using software like AutoCAD and Revit. -Work closely with other teams to make sure designs are integrated across projects. -Visit sites and meet with clients to ensure designs are being implemented correctly. -Ensure designs meet all relevant codes, regulations, and sustainability standards. Our client specialises in mechanical and electrical services, interior fit-out and critical infrastructure solutions for Commercial Offices, Data Centres, Retail and Public Sectors. The successful candidate will have experience working on mission critical projects for a consultancy or contractor and will be required to attend the office/site on a hybrid basis in Tower Hamlets. Key Responsibilities: -Design mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, heating) to meet project specifications, safety standards, and regulations. -Create technical drawings, specifications, and calculations for mechanical systems. -Collaborate with other engineers to integrate mechanical systems with architectural and structural designs. -Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure designs meet requirements and are on track. -Ensure all designs comply with industry best practices and project specifications.
